4-Ingredient Chicken Pizza
Fussy eating friendly
Contains: Eggs, Dairy
500g lean chicken mince
2 cups (160g) grated mozzarella cheese
1 tbs (5g) dried oregano leaves
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine the chicken, mozzarella, egg and oregano in a mixing bowl (the best way to do this is with clean or gloved hands), squishing the mixture to break up the mozzarella.

Repeat with remaining balls.
Bake for 12-15 mins, swapping the trays around halfway through cooking.
Top with your favourite toppings and return to the oven for 5-8 mins until the cheese is bubbling and golden. Remove from the oven.
Serve with salad on the side.
Serving and storing leftovers: Serve immediately, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
- Add 1-2 tbs of Wholesome Child Veggies+ to the mince meat or to the passata sauce and then layer with additional ingredients.

Allergy advice and simple swaps:
- If your child does not eat vegetables, try to include cooked and pureed veggies into the tomato passata or simply add Veggies+ and layer with additional grated cheese.
