Barbecues are not real barbecues without the smoky flavour of charred corn on the cob. My favourite way to serve BBQ corn is with a knob of butter, a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of Veggies+ powder. It's a winner and our new favourite way to serve BBQ corn for the whole family to enjoy!!
BBQ Corn Cobs+
4 corn cobs, greens removed
1 tbs unsalted organic butter
Pinch sea salt
4 tsp Wholesome Child Veggies+
Preheat grill on high for 10 mins.
Add corn and cook, turning often, until charred all over, approx. 10 mins.
Spread butter over warm corn and season with sea salt.
Sprinkle each corn with 1 tsp of Wholesome Child Veggies+ for an extra boost.
Serving and storing leftovers: Serve immediately, store in an airtight container int he fridge for up to4 days or freeze corn for up to 4 months.
- Add a pinch of garlic powder or freshly crushed garlic to the cooked corn.
