Boosted Sweet Potato Wedges
1large sweet potato
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of sea salt
2-4 tsp Wholesome Child Veggies+
Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into wedges.
Place in a small bowl with the olive oil and salt and mix until the wedges are evenly coated in the oil and salt.
Bake in oven for 20-30 mins or until golden brown and crisp.
Serve with a sprinkle of Veggies+ powder and a dip.
