Muesli bars are a favourite lunch box filler! But kiddies' versions are often loaded with sugars and processed grains. That’s why we have created a healthy version, free from nasties and full of the natural goodness of oats, coconut and raw honey – plus our protein-boosting Choc+ powder with added probiotics. A delicious snack that will keep little bellies strong and full between meals.
Choc+ Muesli Bars

Please note: Protein+ Choc powder is manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing milk, fish, shellfish, crustacea, eggs, soy, tree nuts, lupin, and sesame.
1 1/2 cup (150g) rolled oats
1/2 cup (40g) desiccated coconut
1/4 cup (45g) Protein+ Choc
1 cup (20g) rice puffs
1/2 cup (125ml) raw honey
1/3 cup (85g) coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup (60g) dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced) and line a 20x30cm baking dish with baking paper.
Place all ingredients except the choc chips into a food processor and process until well combined.
Add choc chips and pulse to combine.
Press mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 mins or until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Serving and storing leftovers: Serve immediately, store in an airtight container for up to 14 days or freeze for up to 4 months.
- Swap Protein+ Choc for Protein+ Vanilla powder.
- Swap ½ cup of oats for nuts or seeds.
- Add 1 tsp (5ml) of vanilla extract to the processor.
- Swap honey for Manuka honey or maple syrup.
