Harries's Green Rescue Shake
1 ripe frozen banana
1 cup (30g) kale or baby spinach, rinsed
¼ ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
2 - 3 tbs (30g) Wholesome Child Protein+ Vanilla 2 tbs (25g) macadamia nuts
1 ½ cups (375ml) coconut water
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ½ cup of frozen mango or pineapple cubes. Add 1 - 2 pitted Medjool dates. Top with crushed macadamias or nuts of choice. For a nut free alternative: Leave out macadamia nuts. Swap coconut water for milk of choice.
