Lime & Coconut Bliss Balls

2 cups desiccated coconut
1/3 cup cashew nut butter
¼ cup almond meal
1 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs raw honey
1-2 tbs fresh lime juice
Desiccated coconut, to roll balls in
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined.
Roll into little balls and in extra desiccated coconut.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
Serving and storing leftovers: Serve immediately, store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 4 months.
