Meet Harries, “I’m a big believer that health is wealth and am very focussed on bringing my boys up to enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle like me. I’m always on the go between being a full time lifeguard and part-time pilates instructor, not to mention surf and daily exercise addict, dad and hubby. My whole life, I have competed in surfing, running and board paddling. Fuelling my body correctly, not only helps me save lives quicker but also gives me optimal performance when I compete and train. As a family, we love to surf, swim, walk, wrestle and play with high energy whenever we can. We all need fuel to keep us going and so I just loved collaborating with Mandy on this recipe pack - we experimented a lot with Wholesome Child+ and her new protein powders. How can I access my snack pack
All our snack packs can be accessed and completed via the My Wholesome Child portal, once you’ve purchased your pack you’ll be redirected here and asked to create a username and password, once you’ve signed up, feel free to get started! The snack pack will remain in your portal forever so don’t worry you can complete these at your leisure.
Through the My Wholesome Child portal, you can access a ton of free recipes and ways to incorporate our boosters into your daily routine, as well as an interactive meal planner and free shopping course detailing what brands to choose and avoid during your weekly shop.

Who are Boosters Suitable for?
Our boosters were developed with children in mind. However, they offer value and nutritional benefits to the whole family! They are all safe through pregnancy, breastfeeding and from 12 months of age.

Will my Fussy Eater Detect the Boosters in their Food?
Veggies+ has a very subtle flavour and slight orange colour that is easy to disguise in baked goods, sauces, spreads or main meals.
Superfruits+ has a berry flavour and pinky purple appearance. It is easily disguised in jam, Vegemite, peanut butter or anything containing chocolate. Children love seeing how it turns milk or batter pink!
Protein+ Choc has a sweet flavour and chocolatey appearance.
Protein+ Vanilla has a sweet vanilla taste and is colourless.
Product testing has shown minimal resistance to detection of the products by fussy eaters.
What is the Nutritional Value of the Boosters?
All Wholesome Child+ boosters are derived from wholefoods.
Superfruits+ and Veggies+ contain high quality fruit and vegetable ingredients that are gently refractance window dried to ensure maximum nutrient value. All products are heat resistant and retain their value through the cooking process.
Veggies+ contains 15 veggies and supercharged greens and 18 bioavailable vitamins and minerals plus prebiotics to promote gut health.
Superfruits+ contains potent immune boosting ingredients, including Acai Berry, Echinacea, Shitake Mushroom and Elderberry. The formulation supports gut health, and one serving provides 100% RDI for Vitamin C for 1-3 year olds.
Protein+ Choc and Vanilla contain a complete amino acid profile and are based on sprouted and fermented pea protein and rice protein that's easy for little tummies to digest. They contain probiotics and prebiotic for gut health, healthy fats and fibre plus wholefood vitamins and minerals.
Are Wholesome Child+ Boosters Allergy Friendly or Vegan?
Wholesome Child+ boosters are vegan, GMO-free and made from organic ingredients. Superfruits+, Protein+ Choc and Protein+Vanilla are also Gluten-free. Veggies+ contains barley and wheatgrass which prevents it from being gluten-free. Our products do not contain any of the following ingredients in the ingredient list: dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, crustacea, eggs, soy, nuts and tree nuts, lupin and sesame. However, our products are processed in a facility that processes other products containing these allergens and we cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination.
Protein+ Choc and Vanilla are vegan and gluten-free. They do not contain any added dairy, nuts and egg.
Please note: the products are manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing milk, fish, shellfish, crustacea, eggs, soy, tree nuts, lupin, and sesame.

After you've made a purchase via Wholesome Child you will be sent an email with how to complete your registration for My Wholesome Child, which includes setting up a password and providing some more details about you and your family. It's in My Wholesome Child that you'll be able to find all your recipes and course content. This is your hub for nutritional information, inspiration and tools, so use it as much as you wish!
