1 cup frozen strawberries | |
¼ cup raw beetroot, grated | |
3-4 Medjool dates (optional) | |
1 cup almond meal | |
1/3 cup coconut flour | |
2 tbs coconut oil, melted | |
½ cup (40g) desiccated coconut, to roll balls in | |

High-speed food processor |
1. | Place strawberries, beetroot and dates into a high-speed food processor and process until smooth. |
2. | Add rest of the ingredients and process until a smooth dough is forming. |
3. | Roll into little balls, then roll into desiccated coconut or beetroot powder. |
