Tzatziki Dip

Who doesn’t love a creamy yoghurt dip? We’ve added not just cucumber to our Tzatziki, but a bunch of other herbs for a hit of freshness. This dip is the perfect accompaniment for Lamb Koftas or even our Cauliflower, Chia and Cheese Falafels.

Ingredients

Method


1 large cucumber, finely grated
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup sour cream
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 tsp fresh mint, finely chopped
sea salt and pepper, to taste
1. Finely grate the cucumber and drain through a sieve or wrap in a table cloth to remove excess water.
2. Place all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and stir to combine.
3. Serve chilled with meat or vegetables.

Tip:
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
